Payment information:
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
We accept credit cards (Amex, Visa, Master Card), UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Orders on account are not possible.
Shipping information:
No, we only deliver to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days after receipt of full payment.
Exchanges / Refunds
There is no general right of return for purchased goods. Exchanges or refunds are only made on a goodwill basis. The customer bears the costs of the exchange, including delivery and installation costs.
If your order arrives damaged or with pests, report this within 3 days by email with a picture or video of the damaged delivery to info@vivatucasa.ch.
defects and delivery damage
Our warranty covers the following defects, which must be reported within 3 days of receipt:
- transport damage.
- Pest infestation at the time of delivery.
- Incomplete deliveries.
- manufacturing or packaging defects.
If you have any problems after the deadline, please contact info@vivatucasa.ch with photos and questions. We will do our best to help you.
Liability
Viva tu Casa KLG is not liable for damage caused by lack of care or force majeure. The responsibility for appropriate care lies with the customer after delivery.
As long as your order has not been shipped, this can be changed by arrangement.
